Elyos, 20. Mostly because those radio messages and napkins are spectacular.
Shaudawn, 10. He's one of the most unflinchingly, and genuinely benevolent characters I've come across.
Louisa, 5. In a world full of sham and drudgery, she managed to rise above it and view the positive side of every downfall, and that was beautifully refreshing.
Purple, 5. Much like Louisa, he's an unrelenting optimist who strives to see the good in even the worst of people.
Victor Manuel, 5. I personally don't particularly like his character, but--as much as I hate to admit it--he's a cantrian work of art. The egotistical, obnoxious, clown is portrayed beautifully and very intelligently.
Nora Bianchi, 5. Any character which can make the player feel uncomfortable via just reading her posts, deserves 5 points.

I can't really figure out how to work out points given the long break I took but I'd like to make a few special mentions of people I knew through characters I no longer play. I don't know where any of these are nowadays.

Maggie of Longbeach who was there every step of the way for Kieran, and who was responsible for keeping him (mostly) sane and on the straight and narrow. It was because of her that Kieran was the only character I felt really guilty for letting go of.
Dedrick Rapp, who was a very welcome name to spot after nearly a decade with only bears and wolves for company and an easy presence to enjoy when so many others had changed for the worse.
Ashea of Seatown who fought so hard against so many things to bring the place to life. That place became a magnet for sleep, death, infuriatingly locked doors, drama and madness as time went on but she put in so much of herself to try and drag them out.

I received a question about lists larger than ten people. My answer was that you should feel free to make your lists larger so long as the points are properly distributed. It'll make counting the votes annoying, but spreading the love is what this whole top 100 is about. Make sure to add stories to each character you voted for!

Also, a small update on the number of submissions: 25 submissions were made so far, of which 9 on the forum and 16 anonymously. Keep it up!
