Loneliness

1. All of his friends are dead save for one, whom he doesn't see very often. He recently made a new friend, but we'll see how long that lasts.
2. Is surrounded by people, in one of the largest towns of the English region, yet lonely on the inside. She once went as far as to pay a newspawn for the right to slap her in the face, because giving (or receiving) pain is one of the few things that helps her feel better.
3. Is sailing with one person, but misses her old friends terribly. It just isn't the same.
4. Has a girlfriend and is helping a newspawn fill his life goal. Still occasionally misses his late wife after decades.
5. Has never really connected with anyone. Sails with a larger crew than any of my other characters, yet truly cares for only one of them, and even that is platonic. Will probably die a virgin.
6. Is happy with his girlfriend. Has gotten over the loss of his previous two girlfriends and no longer feels guilty for their deaths.
7. So very lonely. It would probably be easier for him to find him a date if he was gay, but he's not. Too few people and most of them male. Misses his late wife terribly and is an awful sob about it.
8. Spends all her time with her boyfriend, but I have the feeling they may have started growing apart.
9. Has spent a lot of time with his boyfriend and has every ingame reason to be happy, but OOCly this just isn't enough for me.
10. Her boyfriend is asleep so she feels lonely. She used to care very deeply for another man but came to understand that he could never love her back, other than in the way a father loves a daughter.
11. Is asexual, so doesn't even miss a romantic connection, but misses friends. She had a couple of friends that went on an expedition, and she doesn't even know that one of them went because the radio message was heard by an irrelevant character instead of this one.
12. Has one friend, who went traveling with another man because she felt a connection with him, something she could never have with my character. I watched their interaction from aside for a while and was sad that my roleplaying isn't that lively nowaydays. I assume this character is straight, but he's never been in love, so there's a chance he might be asexual. He feels awkward seeing other couples around. Maybe reflecting my autism spectrum disorder.
13. My newest, he used to have a crush on his town leader (who's married), but understood that he could never have her, at least as long as the husband is alive. Doesn't feel a connection to anyone else in town. He just does his job and lets others do the socializing. The leader is the only person keeping him from leaving.
14. My oldest Finnish character, knows a few people but doesn't have strong feelings towards any of them.
15. My other Finnish character, has always been a hermit. Is happy to know other people are still alive but doesn't really socialize much.
