Do women of Cantr have periods?

Since people seem to mystically appear from nowhere in the age of 20, seems like periods are unnecessary. Still, if women had periods, it would be once in a year, probably, since otherwise they would be bleeding all the time. I'm not sure why I'm talking about this, I was just wondering could or should my female characters suffer from bad days every once in a while..

Yeah, I definately think that they could have periods if you wanted them too. But if not, that's cool too because you can play that in Cantr, your females don't get periods. It's nice to have it there to RP though, because if your out of town or something instead of saying you caught the "sleeping sickness," you can RP that your girl is having a period and too pissed to talk to anyone or too tired. I think any illnesses or things IRL can be pulled into cantr if you RP it the right way....

How would you roleplay periods? Think about it. Since there is no reproduction, what would the hormonal changes be about?

Reproduction will be coming eventually. I'm not sure if Jos is planning to introduce it before or afterCantr II 2.0 is made. But it is definitely something that will happen which means there were will be babies, children making a mess of Cantr someday.

Cherize suffers what she calls Full Moon Female Sickness every 4 weeks. Run for cover and lock the doors.

She's got FMFS.
Some fool told her that you couldn't see the moon in the forest, because there were too many trees. He almost got his neck ripped out.

My female Charactures (um, and the guy) all suffer from moodyness when I am moody. I just can't help it. So I guess they suffer PMS about oh... once every year and a half.
except one of them, I play her bouncy and friendly so much I just can't be moody when I rp her. In fact, playing her often times cheers me up...lol

Most of my chars are naturally grumpy, no period needed to induce the " SHUT UP AND DIE" attitude in them

Holy... smokes. Are you kidding? Don't even talk about in-game periods. I'm just recovering from the worst cramps ever, and I'd like to forget all the pain I went through! I was unable to do anything but lie down and watch the boring TV for more than two days. For the first time ever, I had that PMS attitude. Normally it doesn't affect the way I act.

I know what you mean. I used to have horrible pains (and I found out labor feels something like that) until I got on birth control. I worship birth control now. My pains use to be so bad I wouldn't even beable to walk sometimes. My stomach was just in knots. So my advice to you if you haven't already is to try birth control or talk to your doc because they also have other options.
