Yes, Cliff, played Emperor Alexi Romanov of the Empire of Ladvicitavoi (now known as the Alexian Empire; at least what is left of it since Alenz Hills and DoUrden raped the Empire).

He also played Craktar, a notorious merchant in Krif that later became known as the Vampire.

Because people were mysteriously disappearing into the Krif Storage Facility and never coming out and people started calling him that. This led to the existence of the Smoke Jaquars (also known as the Alliance) and the Krif Liberation Army. Smoke Jaquars were former Krif Dark Legion soldiers and they joined the Drojf Freedom Fighters in Djorf Hills (now known as the Hills) because Craktar had ordered the death of all the members of the Krif Dark Legion to erase the remnants of the First Krif Empire. The Krif Liberation Army was formed by concerned Krif citizen like Anderton Cale, Gregor Mac Gregor, etc.... At first, the Smoke Jaquars and the Krif Liberation Army joined forces but then Craktar was found dead and then the Smoke Jaquars tried to take power over the whole region. The members of the Krif Liberation Army joined Seatown Forest and that formed the Seatown Warriors led by the Forest leader at that time Donna Trent.

While Donna Trent was originally taken under the wings of Gregar Mendel, a character that Cliff also knew very well. That closes the circle.
