I think the first community-made CSS is Echoman's grey.css ;)
The only difference between base and community based is that I guarantee maintenance of the base (default and classic) stylesheets when the HTML template changes. I can't do it for the rest.
I think adding it as a new option is a good idea. We don't have any rules for accepting new skins, so I think just adding that is ok, considering it's really different from already existing ones.
If you need some classes/ids in the template to make CSS more customizable, please send me a PM with the details.
Just please make sure it always looks well when option "Custom skin extends base instead of replacing:" is off. It looks like it does, but I didn't try it much. It should also work on different devices and browsers.
One suggestion I have is that using serif font for lowercase title bars make them hard to read, in my opinion.

Which browser are you using? A few lines seem to get fragmented in the copy/paste. I fixed it in the post now. Alternatively, get it here http://pastebin.com/NJKvq9Xj :D

Nope, not fixed in Chrome for me... White text in a white field doesn't show up so well :)

This worked out perfectly for me. Nice dark background with green lettering. Combined with the scripts for "Cantr enhanced", I'm now a very happy Cantr camper.

I'm not even a novice at programming or CSS or anything, but I just want to know. Is there any possible way to code it so that radio text is a different size or color depending on the channel being used?

For example, I don't want to listen to channel 100 but I kind of have to keep it on because reasons. Meanwhile I'm listening for messages from channel 101, and I want to be able to quickly filter them out from the channel 100 messages. A conceivably easy way to do this would be to have text from channel 100 show up as a smaller text size than radio messages from channel 101.

Can't really do that with the filters, you know, since they're all-or-nothing.

Oh yes, pretty much anything is possible. I can already think of how to do this with Javascript. But as you say, I don't think it would be possible with just CSS. Maybe I can look into providing those types of options.
Ooh, how incredible would it be to make it so that you could pick colors for text containing a certain word? I'm anxious to look into that..

That was going to be my next suggestion. :)

You should let me know when you get that code working. I don't use the custom CSS but I would for this.

This got featured in the latest announcement. Neat!

On one hand, I really enjoy this theme! But it's just different enough with the font size and color to be slightly uncomfortable. I'm going to try it for a few more days, though, to see if I can adjust, because the theme is great :)

I've been using this skin for a few months now, and I really like it! The popping, high contrast between text color and the dark background really helps me play the game better with my dyslexia. Thanks, Calyx!

P.S. Is there any way for me to change or specify a specific font for this skin?

That really hurt my eyes when I gave it a little go yesterday, I had to go back to the green-orange theme

It took me a few days of going back and forth to compare and contrast before I realized I like it. It's almost like choosing to see things in ultra-violet light. ;)

An update on my last response: It's been less than 24 hours and I'm already fully adjusted. It really does help finding things on the page because of the contrast.

I didn't get answer from Calyx, so I've changed the CSS myself. :?
Now it works like the other skins, but I'm not using it so I don't know if there aren't any small bugs hidden somewhere. Please report if you notice any problem.
