I feel that this one is somewhat contradictory? 
They are a very radical looking person of ambiguous gender, who is slightly taller than average, with a slim body. They have unusually pale skin and their eyes are strikingly blue. They have a mohawk that is bubblegum pink in color. Their appearance is very dull and nothing really stands out. Their style of dressing is very relaxed and likely to offend some people
