Heartwarming/Awsome/Funny/Brainwave Moments

So this is intended to be pretty much the opposite of the 'what annoys/puzzles you' thread, to collect together events or types of events which have given you the warm fuzzies or made you laugh or made you think about something you hadn't realised was so interesting before or were just plain awesome. A 'things that make me glad I play Cantr' thread, perhaps. I looked back a few pages and couldn't find anything as general about the cause but specific about being positive, so I hope this doesn't belong in an existing thread.
I've seen a few times some really nice RPs of characters messing about in snow or mud or the sea, and I've really liked that they weren't RPs that necessarily had any real obvious benefit in terms of resources/objects or romantic relationships or whatever, but they could still be really nice bonding moments for relationships on other levels - building snow-things with an almost complete stranger or getting muddy with friends can feel really awesome, especially if everyone involved is awake all at once and you can get really into it.
On the Interesting Things front, I've had a lot of characters have to consider what their own stances are on what constitutes murder, which isn't something I ever really thought about myself. The difference between letting someone starve, attacking someone who later gets attacked again and dies and actually delivering the killing blow can be kind of fuzzy, and my characters have differing ideas of at what point that becomes murder. It's not a decision I feel I need to or should make IRL, but it's an interesting thing to think about for the purposes of my characters.
Also interesting and sometimes heartwarming is my characters exploring relationship types that I have no interest in/need for in real life. It's a weird feeling to wonder if my character's falling in love or to look at one of my other characters' relationship and think 'wow, that looks a lot like a moirallegiance*'.
It's not much in the grand scheme of things, but the first time one of my characters killed a bear unassisted was pretty cool :3
*I would link to the wiki that explains this except one of the adverts there is making my virus protection angry, but unless you object to Homestuck spoilers it should be findable via Google.
