Pretty sure you can order it by radio these days... some towns would be only too happy to deliver it to you.

If there was a dedicated psychopath out there, can you imagine all the damaging and manipulatable information you could get about people over the radio? Just sitting in a dark room, listening, learning. You could target specific people, make them come to you, like a spider in the center of his web.
