This one was shared with me by a friend who wishes to remain anonymous, and none of my characters personally know this character well (had one come across him in my travels), but it's very unique and I loved the description:
"It appears to be a male with an impossibly squat body and impossibly long arms and legs. It has huge, bulging, lavender eyes and a downturned mouth, looking almost as if it was a giant toad that grew to be 160 cm (5'3") tall.
Its voice is deep and gravely as if perpetually in a loud whisper. Its head sprouts thin hair and tiny ears. It has a distended belly, long fingers and huge feet. Its skin has a pale and jaundiced sheen.
It often stares straight into people and rarely blinks. But when it does, the eyelids never go at the same time, leading with the left one going first. It squats down somewhat when it walks.
But the strangest and most unsettling thing is that it smells like fresh rain and wild roses!"

Oh, one of my characters saw him and she was pretty unsettled. xD A very unique description, and very memorable.

That'd be perfect if he actually smelled bad.

Ooooh, somebody just spawned with the best of descriptions. I'll wait the four days, though. :(

Oh no. I'm pretty sure we just got the other end of that lost fioncee deal. Is he in Akypor, because that's where she's trying to get to.
Currently all the players are trying to explain what the Capital Rule means.

I hear a claymore and crossbow usually works!
I have met one who spawned believing it had lived a previous life, but did it really well and never tried to make it OOC. Always kept it vague and never once mentioned anything specific that would tie it to any one specific event or thing.

My character would be against this. At least at the moment. Pity :/

I did once meet a char who claimed to have gotten a scar "as it was attacked by a boar as a kid"
Would that be considered OOC and/or capital rule breaking?

It is a gray area. If it was in the description, then yes. If it was something it said once in a while, then no...it would be considered the ramblings of a crazy newspawn.
Now, if it mentioned the name of the town that it couldn't possibly know of, that is another story.

Probably OOC, but I don't think enough to be considered a CRB, if it was treated as just a spawning disfigurement.
Here's a good one I found in Olip Forest.
"He has skin speckled brown and tan like polished bauxite with matching long 'dirty-blond' crinkled hair. His eyes are brown with bright flecks; in the right light they can look like bronze mottled with gold. He's on the scrawny side and not tall, with a descent, relaxed posture. His laces are all laced half way. His handbag is held on with his belt.
He wears:
silver locket - A small, circular silver case, with a big toothed fish engraved on the front, attached to a silver necklace, capable of holding a note or small keepsake.
leather handbag - a simple rectangular bag closed with a zipper (no flap) made with plenty enough leather to hang as a half apron if held up at the waist (e.g. with a belt)
plain leather belt - an unadorned leather belt with a plain metal buckle
leather pants - a pair of leather pants which hug close to the skin with lace-up legs decorated by a long fringe"
