Some of you might notice that your post count is decreasing rapidly. If so, I strongly suggest:
Going to the Suggestions Forum and read the rules:

-Posts must be ON TOPIC. Off topic content will be deleted permanently without notice.
-Posts must be respectful and collegial. Content that is profane, confrontational, or provocative will be deleted permanently without notice.

Violation of these rules will result in one warning. Further offenses may result in the loss of posting privileges in this forum.
Thanks for your attention. Warnings will be handed out all over the place shortly.

The rules in the suggestion forum only pertain to the suggestion forum, correct?

There are special rules for the Suggestion Forum, and it was there things have been hitting the fan lately. There are overall forum rules too though. You can find those here:
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=25244Please also note, that the warnings are for the whole forum. But for people who troll the Sugestions forum, they will get a post-block there quicker than they would on the overall forum. It was like a full time job moderating the Suggestions Forum a couple of years ago, and we don't want all that back.

I think I had a few deleted. Wanted to apologize. Easy to get carried away when you enjoy the game and want to talk about it so much. I'll try to keep posts in the right spot from now on.

It's a mod post about enforcing Suggestion specific rules in a completely unrelated forum. Some people who post in Suggestions may not visit General Discussion, and would be unaware this post exists. It's like if someone posted OOC specific rules in the Forum Games section.

Well, it's kind of a suggestion of how we should act in the future... but maybe that's pushing it. I don't think it's a big deal having it posted here or there. It's a courtesy that this is being posted at all, in my eyes. We could just end up feeling the wrath of the admins with nothing but the rules that we should have been reading to warn us, and it'd be completely justified.

I have trouble taking that phrase seriously. It's cracking me up.
It's the Star Trek movie nobody ever saw. Somebody has to be in charge of making sure all the transfer orders are copied to clearcell in triplicate, and forwarded on tight beam to Regulus V. A team of intrepid admins working in the bowels of Starfleet Academy is up to the task... or are they? Coming soon to a multiplex near you.
