I thought I should mention that I've returned to Cantr II. After serving as a missionary for two years for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Veracruz, Mexico, I have returned.
I'm excited about the updates Cantr II has had. It's nice to see that my desires that Cantr had a better front page and also an advertising movie have come to pass.

Welcome back. I'm one of the new folks around here, and am quite familiar with missionary service, having served on myself. There have been quite a few UI improvements in Cantr recently. While the community is a bit smaller, I actually think it's still a great game community. I hope you play at least a few Spanish characters to keep your language skills strong.

Good question. Five died and 7 remained. The main cause of death was hunger, for those who didn't get ahold of 14600 grams of salt meat before going to sleep and didn't have anyone who cared about them enough. One was killed in cold blood you could say. But at least I imagine that her killer didn't realize that she was going to be asleep for so long.
