Sim Praise

Postby Money » Fri Nov 01, 2013 11:57 pm

I did a few searches and found nothing beyond a few posts praising simmers, who are in my opinion the unsung heroes of Cantr.

Seeing as RPers had a thread I swung into action and created an evil twin of sorts, the Sim Praise thread!

This thread is not of course just for straight simming characters but to congratulate those who have accomplished impressive feats of simulation, be it running a business or town, conducting a few trades or simply sticking it out and working.

To start things off I would like to praise Phillis James of Pok Desert West. Your dedication to keeping PDW running, from oil production to the reopening of town stores is an impressive sight to behold.

Mine had been gone a long time now but from what she hears, seconded.

Not so much a town leader as a feature of the landscape, seconded x 100000000. Cantr would not be the same without you

I would also say Jebediah, Rymke, Sapphire and that whole crew. From a simming perspective what they are trying to do together is very cool.

Big thirds on the praise of Coventina.

Also, Litta and Kwame of Kwor. Their dedication to trying to build a community out of the three islands is amazing.

I always assumed it was a robot gimmick abandoned within the first few days of life. My character never inquired after the oddness.

Unfortunate, I was hoping it was all a joke about the robot like nature of certain simmers, a little meta humour for the players. :( Guess I shall have to wait.

Just to all the silent workers out there, keeping the smelters running and the dream alive.

This thread needs way more activity. Kudos to those that keep the game going so the others can play around and do nothing lol.

Praise to all in Akypor at the moment from a Sim point of view. Lots of kool business and sim ideas knocking about.
