soon one of my characters will enter a quarrel with another character about a very important issue
if he loses i plan to make heart attack for him

is there a way to save other characters or will i have to start everything from scratch?

The only way to get a heart attack is to delete your account (or if a PD-staff member terminates your account or kills your character, only done when you are rulebreaking). So yes you can let your character have a heart attack but then you lose all of your characters.

And yes, you lose all your stuff as death is permanent and final.

I don't think it's worth killing all your characters just because one has a reason to have a heart attack. The ability to die at will has been planned but unfortunately no one has programmed it yet.
