Anyone know the age of this map?

The original was found and the map was completely scrambled.. in 12 pieces.. I put it back together with photoshop, but I really would like an idea of how old this is.. I have never seen this one before.
Edit, map deleted... I was informed I shouldn't post it.. but someone really smart helped me figure it was likely uploaded around 2700

One of my characters ran across that map the other day. I hadn't seen it before either.

It I am guessing is brand new. I have seen pretty much all maps. Never this one. I have seen one like this one but of another island. and not as well done.

The person it was got from said he had, had it for a long, long time.. he is in his 70's so it isn't new I don't believe. Like I said, it was in 12 pieces and all jumbled, I used photoshop to get this image.
