Marketing Department

Just a simple question: why is it that so many people apply for positions in the Players or Resources Departments, but nobody for Marketing?
We really need some more really active, enthousiast people in Marketing, who share the vision of making Cantr big and would like to surf the web and advertise Cantr wherever they can, or perhaps apply other methods of getting more and more players. And we need those people in the different languages we have on offer.
Think about it and start sending in your applications!

Hey! I do read this thread you know.
Anyways who is to say they haven't contacted me yet.
I already promote Cantr in an unofficial capacity. I prefer the unofficial method because then I am not limited by the ethics of the marketing department.
Now only if I had the money for that green billboard and green 30 second commercial and my plans at brainwashing the world will be complete.....

Pirate lass and I want you all to sell cute babydoll tee-shirts in Cantr green... In small orange letters, right across the chest it should say:
"A woman in her twentys"
On the back it should say :
"Cantr, the worlds best, free, legal Addiction. Ask me how to play!"
or some such nonsense like that.

Marketing could be considered something that would require a "soul challeged" state if you were referring to selling soft drinks which are an unneeded (but heavily used by me) product.
But this is marketing CANTR which is equivelant to handing out maps to Xanadu, yes? So if you have a soul your only option is to spread the word of paradise which is CANTR.
(I am a natural marketer and have no soul which disqualifies me)

I'd like the baby doll shirt but on front just saying cantr in the orange letters. on the back the webpage address and something about it being the addicting rpg.

You can create and sell lots of merchandise through
www.cafepress.com . It's not the cheapest, but it's probably cheaper (and less time-consuming) than having somebody make and send out all Cantr t-shirts... ok I know I'm planning ahead.

on the front in orange: a woman in her twenties with all the icons to the left
On the back: "she seems strong, is in her twenties, and wears nothing worth mentioning.
Cantr II
www.cantr.net"
UPDATE:
something like this, perhaps.

That one's my favorite so far. Customizable to men/women in their twenties, of course.
