I went ahead and made a poor attempt at adding the fighting kite to the wiki, linked via the rice paper. I've made enough of a mess of it that I'm hoping someone else wouldn't mind tweaking some things with it.
Half of the details I can't fill in, because I haven't actually made a kite yet. After changing the technical information on the clothing page that said you can only wear one ring, I got a little overkeen and threw myself into the deep end.
