In Vray. Hills South a longboat has been sitting on the shore for a real long time, it was stolen and then I guess the criminal died, so it just sits there. I think we should be able to walk to these ships, perhaps swim a little and have it take so many turns, but in the end being able to reclaim the ship.
Also for ships where the person dies at sea, could we not have the ship float to a shore some where so that it could be found?

Yes it was very annoying to see the boat just sitting there. Perhaps it could just drift and somehow dock right there in Vray Hills S. That way when my char returns there she won't have to look at the black dot everyday.

A black dot lol. What's so annoying about a black dot!? It becomes part of the landscape, I don't really find it to be a big deal.

Ohh, so a black dot is a ship??!!!

I saw a black do in a map in the sea, but I thought it was some kind of an error, and didn't pay much attention to it.

It's annoying when the ships orignal owner spends all day pining over the black dot. So I guess it isn't the dot that is annoying, but the owner.

It is annoying to lose a boat to theives ARGHHHHHhhh. SO annoying with long boats not making locks n all. I don't see why they don't try to retrieve it?

That was posted 3/31.
So the question is. Has anyone tried since 770ish?
I don't know the exact method or status of this myself.

One of my chars boats came across the Sea Wolf, and she could have docked...unfortunately I did not see the notice in time and she passed the boat.

Next time though...she'll try ^.^
