It is possible on jailbroken devices, but that's all.

I haven't worked on it lately, but it's because I haven't heard of any issues with it since I put up the last version. It's not dead.

I just wasn't sure because I couldn't find it on the market.

I never did put it on there, yet, but provided a link to the copy on it's google code project. I will look into getting an account to put it on the market.

Edit: It can be found on the market now.

Just installed on my Samsung Galaxy Ace 5830 and couldn't get past login screen. Application crashes and I have to force close. Might be another issue so I will keep trying.

Source, please? Is it under GPL3 or not?

I'm not sure how to look into that without the device to test it on. I did just upload the code to the google code page for it, so you could compile and debug it if you can do that.

I did just try uninstalling the old version I was running and installing the one off the market, just in case, and it worked fine for me.

Yeah it won't run on android jellybean either.

It runs fine on my Galaxy S2 running 4.2.2 (Jellybean being 4.1-4.3). I have previously had it running fine on 2.3.5 (Gingerbread) and 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich). I haven't tested it on 4.3 yet.

I've tried it on Asus zenphone2 with android 5.0 and friend's lenovo yoga2 with android 4.4/5.0 and was unable to log in. Even if password and login is correct it still stays in not logedin state.
I know it's quite old thread but maybe anyone have sollution?

I think the Cantr server was changed (or something like that) about half a year ago and this app hasn't been updated for that.

I keep getting the same error for CantrSpy (most recent version) on my Windows PC at home. Maybe it's related.
