Interesting stats. I don't belive it gives anything away.
Number of the following items in game:
crossbows - 160
sabres - 592
iron shields - 1468
swords - 100
dung-forks - 100

Meh, would it be okay to fill us in on how many characters exist currently? I'd love to see a Sabres to Characters ratio
Hell, a Total Weapons to Characters ratio would be better, I'd estimate 2:1, lol.

I wouldn't actually doubt that Anthony. First off being that some tools can be counted weapons and second because people needed to experiment with some weapons to find things out.

As I was wanting to say, Dung Forks R-X-Rs, I love them tools/weapons when wanting adequacy for sustenance and survival.

hmm i think all my characters have iron shield on the mind due to life experiences such as stupid people comming out of nowhere attacking everyone for no reason, getting mauled to death by animals.
yup and that's about right, every one of my characters have either had a run in with a person or animal or have heard enough from townsfolk talking to decided iron shield would be nice to have.
also people need to get the best weapon they can to hunt animals so they can feed themselves.
hey if you accidentally lost your key to your own house i'm sure you'd need a crowbar.
so all in all those are the reasons there should be but in truth we have so many because people are nuts and in some areas it's kill or be killed hahahaha
