Lone building builder

But basically most of the place was built by one man who spent ten man years on it over the course of fifty years.

There isn't much detail on the website. But the main thing is the the factoid above.

A side note. It has multiple rooms which is why it could not be done in 1.5 man years as a single room cantr building.
