Oh my god. I've been actively playing cantr for about 7 months, making all sorts of good friends, and then SOME PEOPLE *coughcoughDanHeatherNathancoughcough* basically quit Cantr--killing off their characters, acting apathetic towards the game...the only people that haven't cut back are Chris, Josh, David, Missy, Netty, Tony and I! I mean, Coventina died. Etain nic Danu died.

...wait a second. I just realized that means Calico Jack is dead. WOOHOO!!!

Okay. Back to being pissed. Where was I? Oh yeah. Dan Big tried to commit suicide. If it wasn't for the new violence system and he missed, he'd be dead, and Rachel Williams would be a widow. We can't have all these people quitting like this. Fred Abberline died. Who his player was, I have no idea, but that devestated Kali. I know there have been more. All these people quitting--it's ruining the game in my opinion. Laurie is cutting back. Lucius hasn't said ANYTHING in ages. He might as well be off the council. Nathan is not making new characters when his die. I know that isn't as devestating to the game as say, Heather quitting, but still. All the good players are quitting. I mean, there is such a thing as cutting back. But killing off your characters?? What the fuck?? It seems Nick is quitting too it seems. Maybe not unsubscribing, but Seth hasn't said anything in ages. I know he's RPed the sleeping sickness before, but MY GOD!!

Is there anyone who agrees with me??

Now, now, it just means that the half or so of my chars that are really power-hungry will have more influence. Same for yours. All your cantr are belong to us.

...but wait. None of my characters are power hungry. So that logic does me no good. >_>;

That's true... I'm just waiting until one of my chars gets mentioned in the 'Annoyingly Well-Played Characters'... can't exactly nominate them myself

Thats not really true O_o ive met several new players with good rp skills and good characters.

She had several high up there characters, some of us already nagged her about it though. O-o

The weather is getting better (Austrialia disculded of course). People are making plans after coming out of thier caves for the first time in awhile.

My characters will be less active going forward too but since they live there lives trying to get to a point where there is no need to jump everday then it will be fine. If you have characters would must be very cared for to keep then they are very prone to you cancelling your account to get rid of them.

Hopefully people will come back with easier to maintain characters that don't need shed for the summer.

In the meantime don't drive yourself (and therby your chracter) nuts with the lower activty. It's like talking to a wall sometimes.

Concentrate on things that you don't need other chracters for. Notes basically. Histories, plans, and art. A character can last less than a minute a note is forever.
