Consent Form
In regards to legal issues and so forth... I hereby grant adult consent to all players past, present and future with characters in assotiation with Gylph, Ash, Em, and Reese. Let the roleplaying go unimpeded due to these distressing legal issues.
Somehow you strayed and lost your way,
and now there'll be no time to play,
no time for joy,
no time for friends
- not even time to make amends.
You are too naïve if you do believe life is innocent laughter and fun.

Re: Consent Form
I randomly started thinking about this thread. In a way I'd like to do the same but it might open a door for bad rp, so I'd like to set some limits to encounters, if someone was to have one with one of my characters. These shouldn't hopefully be unreasonable.
1) Most of my characters would only drop everything if the other alternative seemed to be inevitable death, so if I agree to let my character enter a vulnerable state (ie. imprisonment, bondage, mind control etc.) even though it could've been avoided, I would trust it's not for the primary purpose of making this character lose items or the other character gain items, but for the sake of mutually enjoying rp. It should be my choice which items I choose to part with, if any, even if the character was in such a state that they shouldn't realistically be able to hold anything back. Also it should be my choice whether my character's items get damaged or destroyed because the game mechanics don't support this.
2) Termination should be up for discussion. If I allowed my character to enter a vulnerable state for the sake of rp, it should only lead to the death of said character if I consent to it separately. In a likely scenario, an encounter would only last a short time (say, from an hour to a week) but if the encounter turned out to be interesting/satisfactory, it could be extended or followed up by other encounters. But if it turned out that our schedules or styles of rp differ in ways that made the encounter unsatisfactory, we should find a way to terminate it in a way that still makes sense (preferably no fade to black, although speedforward might be necessary).
3) No autohitting, or well, you should know what I mean by that. If my character is in such a state that they realistically can't dodge, it might be okay to rp a hit landing, but it should be up to me to describe the results, at least if they're serious. If the character could potentially dodge, you should just say that your character is aiming for some body part and let me decide if it hit or not, and how much damage it caused if yes. I generally like letting my characters get hurt so I'm not like those players whose characters always dodge everything or brush off the damage.
I'm not going to list my characters since most of them can be figured out by reading the forums and I can reveal to someone in private if I deem it necessary.
