I see under engines that there is helicopter engine a. But when i go under vehicles i do not see it listed in there. What is it called?

My char wanted to experiment with the "funny kind of engine," and quite seriously asked a companion to try to build it on a tandem bike, since that was the only vehicle around to try it on. My char is confused as to why it didn't work
