Why sometimes I copy notes successfully and sometimes it only results blank notes with blank title?

It'll do that if the notes contain script or certain other elements, if I'm not mistaken, though I'm not sure what ALL exactly triggers it.

I think it has a lot to do with formatting in the original note.

Change the formatting of the note to UTF8 before copying it. This is done by clicking the small "Wrong Encoding?" at the top right of the note.
