How Cantr stays to players after all

Hi i must say that what Cantr now do ist shit,they dont support Players who lost their Characters in Cause of the Hacking Attack und when you ask them they gibe Answers like we only revive players in Extrem situations?Was this no Extrem Situation?My Char dies in cause he cant dock on land while in this Haccer attack and when it was done he dies.Thank you Cantr very much for nothing.I lose more and more my interest in play this game.Thats not right and so you dont get players back

It's almost a month since the game came back online. If you just found out today that your character died, it probably has more to do with inactiveness/starving than the hacking.

The player's character starved on a boat because he did not dock to a town in time. I explained to this player that regardless of the unfortunate timing of the attacks, players are responsible for keeping their characters fed. I also explained to this player that only a few game hours were lost due to the attack, and that email notifications were sent when the game restarted after both attacks. If he did not receive this email, this is also not our responsibility. While I'm very sorry that he lost his character, it's on him, not us, and we will not be resurrecting his character.

The time the game comes back i was online but cant drive or cook or do something else also i cant get eat or such a thing like dock on land,why you start the game when some people cant do anything?What bring it me when i can come in the game but cant do something?nothing.And then dont retrieve the char makes me bad,thats normal

No one was getting any hungrier when sailing and cooking weren't advancing. You could've started a cooking project if you had the resources for it even though it wouldn't have made progress when the time was frozen. Your character must've been very hungry even before the hacking occurred and you should have started trying to get ashore as soon as you ran out of food, or preferably when you noticed you were running low on food. Not being prepared gets people killed.

when you mean this he had before hacking only 20%hungry and i was near a land and beginn cooking,also i docked on before diing.It could be taht i not cme in direct on the day the game returns,but here comes sometimes no informations and then the first time there stand cantr is back nothing works in game.this is so and where and when the game works,but why they start the game when nothing wor and then form one day to a nother the game works,who should know that.Thats bad and than only a little question to revive the char in cause of this shit what happens the last months,what is wrong on this.This would a little thank you for play after all this.Or sorry for this long waiting.to revive a char it is a little program tip from a few minutes.But after all this shit,they dont do this little think and that is bad.I wait all the time to play and for what for nothing,not a little help from the support
