Questions regarding the relaunch

Hello,
I've heard the team is near to relaunch, but I got a few questions I would like to ask:
1) Will all charachers, buildigs and items remain me in-game?
2) If no, will the islands be the same?
3) Howlong it might take?

Everything will remain exactly as your characters left it. As far as they are concerned, they'll not have missed any time.
A notice will be sent via email to all players with the start date, and we will give everyone at least 24 hours notice, if not more, before the game goes live.

Yes but... a day, a week, a month?
I have to register again, I just de-activated before it gots hacked
