The Unnamed Ones

I really like this religion as far as in game and being original. It is really interesting what a character can get out of it.

One of the most original and strongest religions to have developed in game. I take it you don't have a character around the Olipifirovash/Moku?Mirovash areas?

yeah, i've got a character who's been a member. it's good rp. i like it. that character of mine is the one most obsessed with doing a good days work and was most predisposed to becoming devoutly religious... so it was a good fit.

Yes, it is really good rp. My character came up with a new idealogy that there are two opposing forces in the world. The Void of Chaos and the Unnamed Ones of Civilization. Sort of like good versus evil but substitute good with order or civilization and evil with the Void or chaos. It is very interesting.

i wonder how long until holy wars start? i havent heard of any yet
if so it'd go exactly opposite from how it went in RL(but thats fine) i know the unnamed ones are all over the olip area, but on siom, which is on a different continent not too far away, they worship "Jos the Creator"
i have yet to hear anyone arguing with anyone about religion

I think the religions are still too early in their infancy to really generate a devout following - I think with time things will start to come together so that religions start to get established across more regions rather than the isolated pockets that are in the game today.

Anyone in the Olip. area seen the Book of the Beginning?

It's the holy book/creation story of a new religion...been around almost 10 years, but its sole adherent isn't much into proselytising. (sp?)

Maybe someday. :D

there are even Templars of the Unnamed Ones...roaming far from home.
