I have read in many topics on this forum about water and the fact that it will be implemented as a need.
How did all this people know of it? I don't see any water topic on the annuncements board, and the fact that water has been implemented as a resource does not mean that it will be implemented as a need....

I would like to get access to those fresh news too...

I think those were people predicting that because water has been implemented that it will be a need. They don't, that I am aware of, have insider information. :wink:

Umm by the way. There's a column called "Pumping Water," perhaps that is the source you can pump for this so called Cantr Underground. *looks around suspiciously*
