If there was a Cantr 3...

Hypothetically of course.. if there was ever a Cantr 3, what would you want to see?
Here is a list of the major implementations I'd love to see:
1) More javascript/AJAX or a language that can cater for the needs and requirements of the following ideas
2) Much greater focus on simulation, and a fluid environment (ie, limited number of resources which do slowly grow back)
3) Each city has a 'grid' of cultivated land which buildings can be placed on, and you can visibly see the the location of buildings. More land can be cultivated, but if population decreases, unused land returns to normal
4) Redesign of the interface, including options to do mass-actions on items/resources
5) SMALLER LANDS! Three or four continents, which are half the size of English continents, with a myriad of islands. Maybe one huge unexplored continent too.. but definitely much less space. It just doesn't work right now.
6) Spam management when towns have lots of occupants (you see this, you see that, x100.. gets very annoying)
Most elements of these ideas are prevalent in some new Cantr-like games being produced right now.
I would love nothing more than for a 'second server' of Cantr to appear, which is reset and the lands/oceans are much much smaller.
