My Introduction

I hail from the Multi User Dungeon Hell of the clichè and nichè, looking to find the game that would make me, or break me. I joined, and became frustrated as I didn't realize it would take 3-5 days travel time for one of my characters.
I ended up in sleepy towns, but none the less I see the potential, and am enjoying myself as I type this out. I met a beautiful young lady who is quite captivating.
So I'll be hanging around for a while. Also I can't say all muds are bad, as there is one mud as unique as this game in it's nature and style. But all other muds were pale in comparison.

You mean -your character- met the lady..
Welcome to cantr. And here's hoping your towns are sleepy b/c of time zone difference of something

Can we can the whole "your character" mode of thinking. If I say I met someone, I met them. Yes, my character did too, but my character is just a creation of my mind.
Also, as a result of this mode of thinking finally being eliminated, I can say I've killed a man and mean it.

There is a stickied introductions thread somewhere, there's no need for everybody to start their own.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to yell at him for that...much longer than I had anticipated.

lol we're one weird bunch, eh? Oh and hi. My characters might know your characters though I don't play much lately since other players keep ruining the fun for me. So I don't know if they know any. Should ask them sometime.

Maybe, how would I go about asking such a question without breaking conduct?

What do you mean? Asking if someone else plays any characters your characters have met? Well, there's a thread for it. "Characters you want to know the players of" - should be on the first page. And in the I am topic you can guess if anyone plays a certain character, but please do so by PM because it's usually not appreciated in public.

I misunderstood. I had thought you meant in-game questioning. Thanks for the clarification.
