Manufacturing weapons — novicely

Tailoring — skillfully

Why is it using the skill for tailoring?

Maybe it's the feathers got damaged.

Well the completely repair the shield it takes three days... I doubt it's just the feathers... And I doubt it works that way.

Manufacturing the feather bone shield uses the tailoring skill and repair projects use the same skill as the manufacturing project.
