Throw stuff at random people... even punches but make sure its done in a proper manner or you'll get your character killed rather quickly.
Randomly click on an item that "does something" like a musical instrument or knock on a door... etc. It makes people stop and look at you IRL as well as it does in Canter.
Have a character sing to him/herself out loud. Especially if it is something possibly "lude" as this will cause people to get mad and encourage play.

Ask your local leader if those carrots come in purple because orange doesn't really match your eyes.

Ask the oldest (or the second oldest, if the leader is the oldest) person in a village if the town leader annoys him the way he annoys you.

The funny thing is I am likely to 100% play along with that one.
"Hey can I have purple carrots instead?"
"Yeah sure *hands MORE OF THE SAME* These are purple, I swear."
Have a character pick a non physical fight with someone stupid or funny talking. The result is usually HILARIOUS!
...unless your character is the funny talking and/or stupid character. Then its slightly annoying.

How about beating yourself, running into a building, locking the door, and send notes out saying that you need help getting away from this maniac. Then unlock the door the next day, go outside and punch yourself again. "Why is he doing this to me?!?"

how about trying to make and enforce some mad law like you have to do a ritual dance before you hunt otherwise you will get killed and eaten or having a character starting a new cult who do something like cannibalism or trading in woman and getting really confused at why everybody is against the idea.

Slightly less extreme. Put your foot in it in a way that would be perfectly innocent if not in the currstances and watch everyone go awkward.
