That's one of my all time favourite songs and the dancers physically resembled an old character pairing of mine so it always makes me giggle.
The video is, according to interviews with Sia, supposed to represent her head and her struggle with two parts of her, the wild rebellious free spirit and the more mature sensible adult self, or something of that manner. I can't remember the exact wording she used because it's been awhile but it had been in response to her using the young girl in her video (who is also in Chandelier and one other video I can't recall at the moment), because people are fucked up and they sexualized the whole thing. Anyways her video response is on the Internet somewhere lol

Curious, how different people can be. Like it happens to me with most of scenic arts, specially dancing, theater, and films, I find it quite disgusting. Can't find the right word in English. Too expressive for my taste, exaggeratedly dramatic. Like "Wuthering Heights". Don't like the girl faces in any of her clips, makes me want to give her some antipsychotics. Same about lyrics. At this point of my life, just thinking about roleplaying these complicated full of drama relationships again makes me want to quit.

Call me icicle, but this would be more in accordance with my chars right now:

Nah, seriously, just drama for the shake of drama, it's a bit too much... But a pinch of it, can be fun. And I'm a bit of a moody person myself, I cannot avoid it, runs in my veins...

In any case, this was not supposed to be a drama char, at all. It just happened to spawn in a moment where my live was a bit out of control and the poor thing took a lot from there... But I like a lot how all the events around are driving the char to what "he" was supposed to be.

I don't know why I thought of you with this Vega...please forgive me if I insulted you like Naranjita did.

Last time I played to music I became an obnoxious overly-dramatic nonce... Not sure the other character really embraced it as much as I'd have liked.
