Has anyone gotten around to compiling a map of the entire cantr area?

No chance. Most areas don't even know that other continents exist. Any whole-world map would definitely be the result of an extensive Capital Rule breach.

I wonder if someone tried to discover if Cantr world is round or flat like a table...

Unfortunately, my sailor had finally made a left turn in his boat after 10 years of sailing away from Siom's coast. I have no idea where he is, but I'll just let him keep going straight this time.

The edge? Someone once said there were sea 'monsters' that looked like horses with fishscales.

I think a taurus would be cool and also possible. In other words, things would wrap. go off any edge and end up on the same place at the opposite edge.
