IC punishments to rule breaking (humorous)

Note: This is intended as a fantasy topic, not a serious suggestion.

Some people end up making a new account from a different ip address if their old account gets locked or deleted, so the purpose of this topic is to think up fitting in-game punishments for rule breaches that don't involve killing characters or preventing the player from accessing them. Also including some punishments for bad RP.

People who try to make characters with good strength and fighting skill, kill off ones that aren't good enough: All of their characters would be made weak and clumsy and could only get decent by a lot of practice. Although this would be likely to make the person create another account.

People who hit target with more than one character: The hitters would have their muscles wither so that they would become very weak and awkward fighters, so that they could be dragged single-handedly by strong characters. They would have to rely on other people to help and defend them.

People who speak out of character: That's simple, stricken with muteness. Emoting would still be allowed. Or then they could be made to say random things that make them sound crazy (if the OOC stuff didn't already have that effect).

Expressing thoughts in rp: Maybe they could start hearing voices and lead to believe that they can read other characters' thoughts, and the thoughts would be picked from a long list of random things like "I love to eat pickles" or "My favorite color is chartreuse".

People who hold insanely long soliloquies: (I've done this too.) Either hiccups or sore throat.

People who do long paragraphs of solo RP: Getting attacked by an animal (especially if said animal was included in the RP).

Something should definitely give boils or leprosy.

What about people who pass things between their own characters? Leprosy might fit here since it makes fingers fall off, making passing things more difficult.

People who make maps using several of their own characters: The characters could be teleported to an island without sea access and with no other players who could give the person credit, and they could map it as much as they like. And maybe the resources could also randomly mutate to other resources so that the maps would always be inaccurate.

Come up with more of these.

Or a one town island, with no buildings, 50 foot walls around it so they couldn't sail..and then the mutating resources...

People who sleep unless being attacked or needing food(therefore ignoring everyone....Should be forced to view about 100 posts of LOLOLOLOLOLREADMELOLOLOLOL.

I HAD A DREAM! That one of my chara... I MEAN... one um... someone I don't know died.

Ooooh... So sorry! Now you can't move to act on that dream and I grant you the ability to witness EVERY death via Cantr. You shall see every starvation, every death by heart attack and every muder. Everytime someone 'dies' you shall see it but your feet will not be able to act. (They can't leave the town interact with dead bodies)

Here let me assist this person I don't know with this project. (Same player different character, same project)

Oh noes! Now you are doomed to repeat that project forever and never get any resorces from it! You are both trapped together doing this same thing until you die. HAVE FUN!

*spawn, looks around* HEY! I know you! *bitchslap*

Guess you just lost your hand. What an odd way to break a bone. OH bad luck, even if you are an expert fighter and much stronger then average. I mean, sometimes shit just happens.

Characters who refuse to roleplay should be irl banned. (See: jail)

:) Oh, in-game punishments. Bleh. HAH! I KNOW! They leave a room, but end up in the EXACT same room they were in, thinking it is just a loooong row of rooms, but it's not. It's infinite :)

That was a very fitting punishment. I see dead people!

Someone who assists one's own character with projects should be given inability to start projects at all, so that they would be forced to cooperate with other people's characters.

And people who are overly obsessed about fighting should be sent on an island with no seaside locations but it would be donut shaped with a big lake in the middle so that they could build boats and go pirating each others' towns. At first I thought to give each town healing foods and all the resources to make iron, but if they are scattered in different locations, there'll be more reason to fight.

I'd think Cantr Deathmatch would be a pretty fun thing to do.

Most of these aren't breaches to any rule, and some of them aren't even bad RP.

They´ll be forced to wear nothing worth mentioning... err, on a completely voluntary basis of course.

That's my favourite kind of volunteering!

Is it just me, or does the small land-locked island seem like it would be really fun? Honestly, it'd probably lead to some weird stuff lol.

*A spawns*
A: "I want to sail the seas!!"
B: "Better get on the lake then!"
A: "No, like, the ocean! Finding new islands, and making maps!"
B: "... Of the lake?"

That's so funny. Although I suppose there would be a lot of CRBs going on that island since the distances would be so short. If each player had 15 characters there all working together for the player's goals, it would get pretty chaotic.

I just thought of someone else to put on that island: people who spawn somewhere far away from any shore and immediately go "Hello, my name is X, I´m going to build a raker and go sailing.". It´s not breaking any rule but I think it´s a bit inflexible, and I never know how to respond to that kind of thing. You can´t very well say "Welcome to the desert, good luck with building the ship, are you by any chance planning to put two of each kind of animal on it?"
