IC punishments to rule breaking (humorous)

Note: This is intended as a fantasy topic, not a serious suggestion.
Some people end up making a new account from a different ip address if their old account gets locked or deleted, so the purpose of this topic is to think up fitting in-game punishments for rule breaches that don't involve killing characters or preventing the player from accessing them. Also including some punishments for bad RP.
People who try to make characters with good strength and fighting skill, kill off ones that aren't good enough: All of their characters would be made weak and clumsy and could only get decent by a lot of practice. Although this would be likely to make the person create another account.
People who hit target with more than one character: The hitters would have their muscles wither so that they would become very weak and awkward fighters, so that they could be dragged single-handedly by strong characters. They would have to rely on other people to help and defend them.
People who speak out of character: That's simple, stricken with muteness. Emoting would still be allowed. Or then they could be made to say random things that make them sound crazy (if the OOC stuff didn't already have that effect).
Expressing thoughts in rp: Maybe they could start hearing voices and lead to believe that they can read other characters' thoughts, and the thoughts would be picked from a long list of random things like "I love to eat pickles" or "My favorite color is chartreuse".
People who hold insanely long soliloquies: (I've done this too.) Either hiccups or sore throat.
People who do long paragraphs of solo RP: Getting attacked by an animal (especially if said animal was included in the RP).
Something should definitely give boils or leprosy.
What about people who pass things between their own characters? Leprosy might fit here since it makes fingers fall off, making passing things more difficult.
People who make maps using several of their own characters: The characters could be teleported to an island without sea access and with no other players who could give the person credit, and they could map it as much as they like. And maybe the resources could also randomly mutate to other resources so that the maps would always be inaccurate.
Come up with more of these.
