When I refer it to people here's basically what I say-
"Okay... It's basically a text-based RPG, which means there are no real pictures to go off of. There's no magic or weird man-beasts, so don't pretend that you are. Every single person in Cantr is a real person; no CPU's. You spawn in a random location of this huge world completely naked. Yes, people will see you naked.
It's a slow-paced game, but I've found it to be extremely addicting. I love it so much because you have the power to completely reverse the flow of the game if you're clever enough. Here's the link, here's my referral number, try it out." End conversation LOL
It's actually worked a few times

Could use my sisters approach when she got me into this game. Grab them by the arm force them into a chair point at the keyboard and say play. lol I've been hooked since. :p

One of the lojbanistanis response was "meh. I don't want a game where I can only do stuff I could do in real life" My response of "Oh? When's the last time you took down a mastodon with a crossbow?" Didn't seem to have much effect.

but for defending youtube: it's not their fault, it's the fault of the owners of the music rights in Germany. Too much power for them (I'm not referring to the artists).
