Hey, I did say that I think exploring should be hard. Trying to create civilization on that island won't be a cake walk. Anyways, my explorer character died on that island.

Hehe - actually so far he's only been attacked once and that was by a hawk. He was a little dissapointed because the last location had some items for mining/food that he (or I) hadn't seen before and he wanted to stop and dig some up to see what he could do with them. There was just too many dangerous looking animals for his liking.

His goal right now though is pretty focused on exploration and finding any Iron deposits he can (he doesn't know about the shortage on the other Islands though - the boat left before that - so finding Hemitite will be interesting... he'll probably walk right by it)
