Thinking about Joo's newbie sandbox idea...

What kind of alternate reality Cantr would be fun? (This isn't under suggestions becuase it isn't one)

Scrap metal - can be melted in a kiln

Trash - can be used as wood for buringing or converted to charcoal for metalwork

Twinkies - harvest 200g a day, eat 100g a day

Concrete rubble - like stone for stone work

Animals:
Rats
Really Big nasty cockroaches (provide chitin, bite like wolves)

Roads:
Broken road to xxx (slower than a path, has to be cleared with a shovel before making a path)

Hehe, I imagine it would be fun to mod the Cantr engine and set up a new world, but since I doubt Jos or anybody else near his level would be willing reveal the game source to the general public, it would require some kind of haxing, or writing your own game engine. <_<

1234-5.03: You see a man in his twenties leaving unnamed location, taking road to Camelot.

lol yea I'm not about to try and hack cantr, for one thing that'd be plain rude, and for another it could destroy the source code.

Lol I initially read that as "Project trying to swallow coconut complete".

haha, I don't the mods would add suicide to the projects list.
