Cantr History

When I first want to say that I translation with a translation machine. Ateb as it can in Dutch plus English. I often worse me to the world of cantr. It is really a world where you live in the present. Example: in the real live we have historybooks. In cantr I have never come across a note on this. Is not the idea with us all our experiences to write a note? And it is permissible to be a swindler and a fake note to do?

Some characters write diary's or keep journals, but the OOC time required to write them often means that interest falls off, leaving an incomplete record. It's simply a time issue. I've had characters that seek to accumulate knowledge about particular aspects of Cantr history, but that's for my character's benefit, and they keep it to themselves, and the research is in no way organized.

Faking notes is entirely allowed. The fact that most characters accept Events copy/pasted into notes as fact is a situation that could be easily exploited by a savvy player.

And I haven't seen history books, but I have seen chronicles which are in fact used as history books (Imperial Chronicles) and other such things. Most of the time, it is journels and knowledge passed down though for history.

I personally like to keep a record of events myself. An OOC journal for each character so I can remember whats going on. Love the day update sent to my email(Brillient Idea) Also most of my chars write a journal of sorts. Maybe just random notes so the char doesnt forget. NEVER OOC WHEN IC! And dont forget to write notes how you talk. Thats pisses me off! (Technically bad RP)

Not really. To some extent, yes, but grammatical errors, stuttering, stumbling, slurring of words together, and all such "problems" are much more frequent in speech than in writing. In fact, all of our characters have freakishly good grammar (especially from a proscribed standpoint rather than a real life/idiomatic standpoint) and pronunciation, as we write what they say rather than saying it.

I'm talking run on sentences or broken sentences. Basic grammer and puncuation, well maybe. That all depends on your persona. I'm more talking the lines of types of words used. I've seen notes writen by chars who seem to be the most elloquent people in existance. But the actuall chars is dumber that a box of rocks. It just doesn't make since. Unless the 'dumb' behavior is a ruse or lie.
