I was going to whine about my 2 in Cantr City and 2 in Tirqui, but it looks like thats kind of beaten. Although thats out of just 7 characters...

People-centric spawning will just make this worse. *Shrug*

Actually, not really. People-centric spawning increased the number of possible spawn locations enough to offset the increased probability from concentrated population.

We understand if they are spawned there very recently, but to have them live their lives there we are not so happy about. Very rarely does someone want many characters to live in the same town for reasons individual to each character. I find it really takes away from my enjoyment of one character having others in the same town. It is the players responsibility to deal with un-satisfactory spawning.

And you're pretty boring if all your chars have plans that involve never leaving their hometown.

How do I put this precisely.

After finanical support from the parents end, most people do not move to a new place.

It is only in modern times that this has become even slightly more the norm.

Military families an exception of course.

What about my case of Easle Quathak, Richard Lenseth, Awaq Hera, and Robert in Quillanoi?

I had two characters recently spawn in a originally non-spawning location where there are only like five other characters. Talk about luck especially since I spawned these characters back to back.

I'm not sure of the situation you speak or Richard. However, if the players department knows the reasons that characters are on a location, and finds that the capital rule is not being broken, whatever happens is alright.

Alot of times you may question whether something is in line with the capital rule. Please ask the players department. That's why we're here.
