But who do you think is the most eccentric, insane character?

No idea. Crazy characters are sometimes hard to come by, but a lot of crazies are also evil murderers in Cantr...

That Wellbottom, or wormbottom...was quite strange... And the double personality girl whose name I've forgot, in Dory.

I can't remember their names, it's been awhile, but a couple crazy chars mine ran into:
Blojt Forest East - Wanda? A T&T employee I think. She was pretty entertaining.
Puk - Annie? She was always throwing diamonds or feathers and screaming till she passed out.
My chars weren't really around them very long, but those two are the wackiest I've run into so far.

Spam in Brunoi. Not crazy like insane, but innocent. He was terrified of the sneezes because he thought his head would explode. Somebody gave him some leather to make a leather cap with but he just sat there chewing on it. Somebody else knitted him a beanie and that made him happier.
He was chasing butterflies while harvesting wheat. Somebody gave him a flower to attract one. A butterfly came and landed on the flower and he tried to eat it.

I would have to say that probably beats stacey. But if we are brining simpeltons in on this why not Chip from Sea town?

Stacey is far from crazy. I won't say why since it would be kind of crb, and these things can still be found in game. But she wasn't crazy...And since when a dictator is crazy? Dictator is just a smart imoral person
Guess TerribleTadpole's vote won... Chewing a hat, hehehe...

Stacey starved herself to death. Now if commiting suicide over the supposed curroption and other supposed injustices isnt crazy I think we need to Google what is. Remeber you can just jump to goodle through my web site link thing.
