Is it justme, or now for the projects timer, there is say 50.7% done.Is that something new, or am I just blind?

Project progress rounding has been unifed through all pages due to players' complains.

Too many projects showing 100% completion and not actually being finished. Good idea to add the decimal place. No one can argue with 99.9% completion.

This doesn't solve 100%-problem, but makes it 10 times less common.
