RD Application

I sent in an application to the Resource Department and haven't gotten a reply. Does that mean wasn't accepted or it hasn't be read/judged yet?

Sometimes it takes months. Would you consider applying for Personnel Dept. instead?

From what I heard, there is only one person dealing with all the aplications. So, guess you'll have to wait a bit.

Because the people on staff are volunteers and have lives.

And main thing about RD is that either people are too tired to comment on other people's suggestions or then they want them changed so anything rarely gets finished because there should be a consensus or at least a second opinion.

Well, while you are correct that consensus is rare, that's why there's a Chair, to make decisions when there is disagreement. The RD's biggest handicap is a lack of programming support. There's not much new stuff the RD can do without code changes.
Although I should add that I had excellent programming support for my animal adjustments, and I can't thank them enough for that.
