I just love that new update at the bottom of the name thing. I was trying to name some guy, and it just popped out of nowhere! AWESOME!

There's another thread somewhere around here that Phalynx (I think) started for the new updates' appraisals and complaints.

Tis quite cool, all dynamic and stuff, I was expecting this to be implemented as another bit of information on the character detail page, but this is so much better. Hope it doesn't cause too much lag on slower connections though.

It's alright, I was just saying I thought there was one. I found a couple, but only the second one was for just discussing it all.

It should, yes. But maybe not for all browsers, I've only tried it on IE at work, it might not work for me either at home on Firefox.

If you clear your cache it should work for you.

LOL! Now I can remember if they are female or male... People can always pick me out when I say they are male when they are really female.. LOL

Description pops up just fine in firefox, as long as either you haven't used the CANTR CHARDESC tag in the plain short namefield, or as long as you don't try it on people who are no longer around who you haven't named yet (IE, "a man in his twenties", which would be what the CANTR CHARDESC tag describes anyways).

I have no problem with it popping up, and I have the CANTR CHARDESC in the name field of everyone my chars know. Or do you mean if you don't add any thing to the box or their name in the past? I guess that would explain why I saw it pop up for my character's name when it dragged something but doesn't on other people. Hmm...

Edit: Didn't pop up with the age thing when I named someone I'd never named before without the tag.

Would someone mind explaining to me how it works? Do I describe what I think the charrie looks like, or do I describe my own charries and then other people can see that?

EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out.

On the ones I can't remember I used to put (m) or (f) after their name, but this will work much better!
