My charater Hoppo Tut just died on the island of Buegeo. For anyone who is there, I want a ll my stuff to go to new spawns to help them survive. Also I want to know who else was there in Guildport Woods.

I'll be the one to say, You can't do this. All Ingame things are dealt with ingame and out of game is out of game. These two can not cross paths.

All items from a body dropped are to be roleplayed out in the game, not set up oocly to be given to specific people. This is against the rules. A thief may run off with them, the town leader may pick them up claiming them for the town, or some lucky newspawn may pick them up but it all must be played out in game.

If that is what you want (or, more importantly, if that's what your character wants) you/he can always write a note to that effect to be found after their death.
There's no reason to expect characters to suddenly just know what your character wanted, especially if they never met.

And that doesn't mean that you can write a note on their behalf with one of your other chars. Hoppo's dead, his legacy dies with him. Start anew!
