I think we should all be glad. At one time, the whole thing just stopped. You couldn't get to Cantr.net So you couldn't even check on your characters. Besides, at least your characters aren't starving. I just hope that this gets fixed soon. I have characters who are almost at their destinations, but are stuck in this void. I know it is a little stress full, not to get your Cantr fix for the day. But I think we will survive this as we have in the past.
Now to the programmers.......GET IT RUNNING NOW!
Just kidding

Do that.
It will help pass the time.
Today is a good day to write new notes.
But that is a 1000 notes. Do you know how long that will take me to do? It took Easle over a year of the real world to collect all of them. Now to put them in an envelop.....You're crazy!

I've found that organizing between 10 and 40 notes (depending on lag) in one day helps alot while not wasting many minutes. Of course, I'm talking about organizing 10 to 40 out of only about 100 usually. Envelopes with town names are pretty good, and then a people/group envelope is pretty good for notes that really can't be tied to one specific town. I've got on called "education", which in turn contains envelopes like Literature, guides, history (that can't be tied to a specific town), maps, etc. After 2 cantr yrs, my char has only about 20 in-use envelopes

. Just remember: It really IS possible to eventually conquer them all.

I have a char that has a good 300-400 notes. The ones she's finnished with go into a envelope. In fact as soon as I KNOW she wont need them anymore they go into a envelope. It makes it hella easier for me. I aint gotta search her inventory to figure out where the actual note I'm looking for has gone to.
I copy a lot of them and stick into word pad also--so if I do end up needing them I aint gotta dig into the envelope. IT makes it tons easier for you the player...HONEST richard. We're not kidding.
I suppose Easle is just a very disorganized person. LoL
Anyways..I've been trying to clean up the ground in certain places. Only so much I can do without forcing my chars to do something they wouldn't ordinarily do.

Well, Easle never goes into his inventory so it ain't me.
Anyways, I dare you to come out here in the middle of hick country. We have lots of trees, guns, Watervliet Arsenal, the Rainbow Division, mountains, more trees as far as you can imagine, off road vehicles, etc... But first you would have to find us. Good luck at doing the impossible. The thing about people who have lived in the wilderness all their life is if we want to disappear no one will ever find us. Oh, and when I mean us, I mean a few of my friends who aren't very well in the mind if you can even say that. Not all the working parts are up there. I wouldn't run into them. I can only because I've known them since I was a baby and know how to handle them. Plus, we would lead you into Hill People Country. You'll never return from there.

So good luck.

Never heard of the Rainbow Division! It is the best damn army division in the military. It includes the old Fighthing 69th New York. My ancestor Thomas Francis Meagher built that regiment in the beginning of the American Civil War and it was later added to the Irish Brigade that my ancestor also built. The 69th fought at The Bloody Lane, Marye's Heights, The Riptose Wheatfield, and The Angle naming only a few of them of their actions during the American Civil War. The 69th went on to fight in the Spanish-American War alongside Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders and joined the Rainbow Division when it was created during World War I and fought in the Argonne Forest and was intrumental in breaking the back of the German Army in that battle when a number of their comrades got caught behind enemy lines and the even though the French and British told them to break off their attack they plunged head long into the fray saving the so called Lost Brigade during World War I and breaking the German Army's back and ran the Germans back to the Rhine alongside the Harlem Hellfighters. They have fought in every war since then. They are still apart of the Rainbow Division which main headquarters is in Albany, New York.
I never said Hilly Billies. More like people living in the Wilderness. Hilly Billy is more of a term for Southerners cut off from civilization or sort of like that. We're a lot different then them.
To give you guys something to start with, I'll give you a satellite image of where my house is.

Picture didn't work. Probably because it is hosted off of Geocities. Not very reliable for hosting images.
