Re: The Dead Character Thread

I wouldn't usually post about my dead characters, but... Here we are?
Myles May spawned in a quiet town and legged it with a stolen bike after a few days of life, learning from an early age that he wasn't exactly a 'people person'. If he hadn't stumbled on KMN and Arianna, who knows what would have happened to this misanthropic soul.
Arianna, who was always so generous and warm, welcomed Myles in and proved that not all people are as terrible as Myles had lead himself to believe. He was always arrogant and short tempered, but was also an artist, a craftsman, a weaponsmith, a poet, and an author (I put a /lot/ of effort into playing Myles ). When Arianna passed away, he also took on the role of the generous town leader. Anyone who rolled into town was offered a home and anything they needed, even if it were just temporary. The mountains weren't for everyone, after all.
As it turns out, Myles was generous to a fault. The last newspawn he saw in the mountains was a sleeper, but Myles gave him the clothes off his back, fed and protected him, and nursed him back to health after animal attacks. After a few sleepy days and one too many wolves, Myles' final blow came blandly at the hands of the newspawn whom Myles had fought to keep alive. There was no RP, nothing. And that was the disappointing bit.
I'd ranted about it in another post, but I think I ought to step back from the game. It's been a good 6 years, but I think it's time to move on.
