Ginger Empire / House of Aragon discussion

I think it's okay to discuss this whole recent issue now, right?

The Ginger Empire was very volatile, it -could- potentially have been the next Baron-like group.

With a steady stream of income (well.. an overflow really) of hematite from a supporter of the Leader of the Ginger Empire, the leader did not know what to do with that much iron.

Plans to obliterate the Ginger Empire's very, very last 'big' foe standing in the way of development, had been formulated. (well, besides the mobile Starlyne army)
This obliteration plan was, indeed, the House of Aragon, and Aragon itself.
While towns themselves would prove troublesome should they attack the Ginger Empire, no one group were more capable of rallying the towns as one. With the main base of Starlyne possibly under threat, the Ginger Empire would have an untouchable foothold in the domination of the south-eastern corner of that continent.

The house of Aragon realised the danger of the Ginger Empire and as the Ginger Empire had just spread it's wings to soar, the house of Aragon made a very smart and coordinated decision and attacked the Ginger Empire, thus retaking the slaughtered Sjoftich Hills South, and then taking Sjoftich Hills North (Fenarion).

There's heaps more to talk about, like what Felin Ginger did to some people. Which she was never punished for. She was punished for the slaughter of several people at Sjoftich Hills south but that was very much nothing compared to what she did in her home town to travellers and disagree'ers.

Who did everyone else play?? I'll say mine later I think, but plenty of people know.
Who was involved? Who knew about it?

I was there. From a newbie's standpoint, I'd say Felin had a fairly good plan of action. But she wasn't quite careful/paranoid enough....

Felin made horrible decisions..rash ones without thought of what would happen if she did something..a train wreck waiting to happen.

This was probably more or less due to her 'I want this, and I want it now' greedy attitude towards life. Her relationship with Pete was one that she saw as 'Okay so now we're fighting, I'll just go over to his house, say my sorrys, look innocent, cry a little, and hey presto, I get some more hematite'.

Ah ok, who did you play? That was certainly an element she lacked, it really should have been Role-played into her. She took on the persona of MacBeth at one point in time, as in, she was extremely paranoid that Starlyne's army would come. I'm sure some of her higher ordered staff noticed this. She did always keep a mask on though.

Starlyne, she is certainly related to all this. What happened to her? Where was she when Aragon attacked?

Heh, I see.

Who plays her?

Whoever did, was it on purpose that you made the name sound like 'Stalin'? I love the irony.

I don't think who plays her will tell. Don't think that similarity was in the thoughts of the name process either.

There are still ongoings to this and now is not a good time to be having this discussion, as it could very well have an effect on future events...

Hmm, not really, any reasonable Ginger Empire resistance has been brutally crushed and now the remnants of Felin's friends, and also the Ginger Empire soldiers survivors, (usually very different types of people) are in hiding, escaping, or just thinking how to regroup. Thinking, though, not doing.

I did wait aaaggeess to post something like this..
