Bowser"In-game bugs".. such as longer days, buildings magically being transported to another land and then back, seeing two of the same person, timewarps that erase months of activity....

Should these be role played out with some sort of mystical/religious explaination or just ignored IC?

One of my characters has experienced a few of these occurances at pivital points in his life. Each time he has left the safety of his home, something odd has happened. Now he is a bit paraniod and rarely leaves town.

The first time he went out in a boat, the docking function was not working and he was stuck ona lake for a long time.

The next time he left town down a road to just speak with a someone who just left, he appeared at the next town in one turn... took hima few days to walk back.

If anything it gives our characters something to talk about, and the way some people role play events like these can be very entertaining. RP all the way.

I voted for the first alternative, but I hope it means that the option of seeing it as a miracle should be available, and not some form of demand to RP every bug...

You guys will probally be surprised but I voted to RP it.
Have heard you guys talk about some really neat ideas you did with the bugs and has swayed me a bit.
I still think a wide world event would be interesting though, just something to role play off of.

I voted RP as well..but there should be a third choice, because not all bugs are condsidered miraculous, and not all bugs need to be....

I agree. There are certain bugs, like people being teleported, that could be RPed effectively, and there are certain bugs, such as those MySQL errors, that cannot be.

I like to see them rp'ed but...not necessarily because of some miraculous miracle. I think too many people feel like they gotta blame it on something high and mighty, when there are other ways of role playing a bug.
