Come on, all the Polish speakers here and nobody can translate?
Well okay, this is what I got, anyway:
Maybe there is not good example II II CANTR Cantr suspensu, but Cantr, playing our short review last, it is simply brilliant. Why? Cantr, It has has come captivating thing brzydko and wary, simulator of society plays . Player builds (create) form, which (who) is born in fate chosen location. Lat (summer; year) has 20. Abilities two (two) earliest persons are from village ability accident . Discover it (them) hero must <self>, through participation in projects. Then? Life <live>. There is not game ordinary Cantr. Does not have imposed purpose clearly. More, has no -consecutive pull causally adjusted by framers. They have made program only, algorithms, mechanics. The rest is in hands of players already. To hit in one on oasis of tranquility (peace) village possible. On other land roaming, run to hell of war absorbing ten (ten) existence. There is world Cantr, other world, it has has come in which (who) life <live>. Could ascertain Marudy, that such plays must be boring. Is life or if? Highlights depend only and from exclusively living. And same principle acts in (to) this alternative reality. Possible to be tradesman, hunter of award, even inconditional (ruthless) murderer, though usually <ordinary> they finish career not has this (you) last enough clearly border szybko.W Cantr wytyczonych. Verge of imagination of player exists only, nothing more.
Automatic translators make me giggle.

Huh, Marian, when you were writing this request it was 2 AM here in Poland, so I guess it's kind of bad timing...

though I'm not good enough in English to make this translation.

It's a bit embarrassing seeing those two other screenshots with awesome graphics, and then plain old Cantr with just text. Sure it's accessible but, let's face it, ug-leeh!

Well whilst waiting for a human translation here is another automatic translation by the excellent
http://translatica.pwn.pl site (well recommended for seeing what the poles are writing

)*
It makes a little more sense than the earlier translation and I particularly like the absense of "brightly demarcated borders" - those dull ones are so much better
CANTR II
Perhaps it isn't example of the good suspense, but Cantr , the last game in our brief review, is simply a genius. Why?
Cantr , taking hold of it thing ugly and cautiously, simulator of the society. The player is creating the form which is born in a randomly chosen location. He is 20 years old. His abilities are a resultant of the ability of two earlier persons from the village. The hero must discover them alone, by participating in projects. And then? To live.
Cantr isn't a normal game. There is no brightly imposed purpose. More, there is no sequence cause and effect regulated by authors. They only created program, algorithms, mechanics. Whereas the rest is already in hands of players. In one village it is possible to encounter an oasis of peace. Whereas wandering to the different land, to fall into the hell of the war taking decades existences. Cantr is world, different world, in which it came to live.
Grumblers could state that such a game must be boring. Are the A or living boring? His attractions only depend and exclusively from living. I the same principle applies in this alternative reality. It is possible to be a merchant, a bounty hunter not to say a ruthless murderer, for at least you the last one usually finish their career quite quickly. In Cantr there are no brightly demarcated borders. He only exists of lines of imagination of the player, the inside out more.
EDIT * as a post script whilst translatica.pwn.pl is one of the better ones take care using it to communicate - In a recent post on the polish forums I wanted to say "Excellent. Well done marol" but I believe I ended up sayin "Excellent. Fried marol"

I agree, actually

...
I'm working on a slightly new design, but it'll take time ... And still some more graphics would be nice.

Well if you wouldn't demand 3-d... I can do stuff in Photoshop. What would look cool is pictures of natural resources, but seeing that there are hundreds of them, the diskspace needed would be huge.

One of my chars, cartographer, is trying to paint a map with icons on each location to show the resources. A way to visually allocate the resources, instead of looking for the resources of each location in the text below the map.
But... it is hard!
Try to draw hematite, stone, limestone... in 10x10 px icons... and being still distinguishable!
Do anyone have this kind of stuff? maybe from other games?... do anyone know Patrician III?

Many such maps are widely spread trough Polish Zone. If you could spawn Polish character (you must know polish

), you definately would spot such map.

Wooooow!
...
NOOOO!
I'm learning Deutsch, I'm planning to learn Swedish, and now Polish too?... I'm going to die......
EDIT: and is there any possibility of publishing those icons in the Wiki? -whistles-

The icons are not that small and they have letters instead of actual pictures. If it's the map I'm thinking about. One of my characters in the other hand has made a map with some pictures for resources... but not marking all of them, only the ones that are new or important. One good trick is placing the icon between two towns if they both share a type of resource.

I am myself trying to improve some web design on Cantr, including icons, so I'm definitely very interested. And I know you and Rusalka have good graphics skills. So yes, please go ahead!
One warning, though: this is on area where I'm not going to try just to be nice - if I don't like the graphics, I won't add it

... I've seen players in Cantr before suggesting what they thought were great graphics, while I totally disagreed. I don't want to feel obliged to add anything just because it's so nice someone made something

...
That said, having seen other graphics by both of you, this is not a likely problem

.
Finally, I think Cantr is too blend in colors. If you make things colorful, I'd appreciate that

...
